TERMS

  • Data Controller: The entity that prepared this document and collects, stores, manages, uses, modifies, and deletes data. In this case, the Data Controller is ALLURE Professionals, located at Piazza Umanitaria, 2 – 20122 Milan.
  • Data Owner: The individual who directly and/or indirectly provides their data to the Data Controller.
  • Client: The Data Owner.

REASONS FOR DATA PROCESSING

We collect your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To verify that the Client has actually used the service.

DATA WE COLLECT

  • Company and/or personal contact information (e.g., last name, first name, phone number, email address, etc.).
  • Personal information (e.g., date of birth, nationality).
  • User interests regarding processed information.
  • Questions/comments before, during, and after the use of our services.
Information about minors is processed only with the prior consent of an adult who exercises effective rights over the minor. Not all our data collection systems can guarantee that the data owner is of legal age. We do not voluntarily collect sensitive information regarding, for example, race, ethnicity, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, union membership, health status, or sexual orientation. Additionally, under applicable local laws, other information such as your credit card number, hobbies, personal and recreational activities, smoking habits, and so forth may be considered sensitive information. ALLURE Professionals may need to collect this information to meet your needs or provide you with adequate service. In such cases, under the laws in force in some countries, your prior consent may be required for the collection of sensitive information.

HOW DATA IS COLLECTED

Data is collected through:
  • Dedicated electronic forms on relevant websites, created and managed by the Data Controller (also through specialized providers). Data is entered into the form directly by the data owner or by operators appointed by the Data Controller on the data owner’s behalf.
  • Email contact by clients to ALLURE Professionals email addresses.
  • Phone contact by clients to ALLURE Professionals call centers.
  • There are no company procedures for collecting and/or storing data in paper format.
  • Data is collected during contact (information requests via email, phone, or social media), during service execution, and after service usage for marketing purposes.
This document applies to all channels and methods of data collection and storage directly attributable to ALLURE Professionals.

HOW DATA IS STORED AND PROTECTED

ALLURE Professionals implements strict prevention and protection rules to ensure the security of data processing. Data owners interested in learning more about these rules can request information at info@allureprofessionals.com.

USE OF DATA IN AUTOMATED PROCESSES

  • Processed data is not used in an automated manner.
  • Data is used for macro-level analyses to provide clients with information and proposals aligned with their interests and behaviors.
  • Data analysis provides the Data Controller with the following insights:
    • Interests of users regarding specific product and service categories, particularly in culture, entertainment, and leisure.
    • Purchase frequency and return rates on ALLURE Professionals initiatives.
    • User attention to ALLURE Professionals proposals.
    • User residence area.
The Data Controller does not profile users based on presumed political beliefs, religious, sexual, or philosophical orientations inferred from their interactions with content on the websites. The Data Controller may conduct macroanalyses regarding user interests grouped into macro-clusters. However, these analyses do not involve profiling individual users based on their interests in political, social, religious, sexual, or philosophical terms. This information enables the Data Controller to define mainly tailored offers and communication strategies for the user without excluding them from offers and initiatives altogether.

DATA SHARING

  • Data may be shared with third parties when such sharing is necessary to provide the service used by the client.
  • Within ALLURE Professionals, data may be processed by:
    • ALLURE Professionals staff;
    • IT departments;
    • Marketing services;
    • Legal offices;
    • Tax and labor consultants.
  • Local authorities: ALLURE Professionals may also be required to send your information to local authorities if requested by law or as part of an investigation and in compliance with local regulations.
  • Data is shared with other sponsors/partners of ALLURE Professionals.

ACCESS TO DATA AND DELETION

  • Data owners may request information about their data processed by the Data Controller, the processing methods and purposes, and its rectification and/or deletion by emailing info@allureprofessionals.com.
  • Data deletion may result in the inability of the Data Controller to fully or partially provide the service. Deletion will not be possible if data retention is required by law.
  • For deletion requests, ALLURE Professionals reserves the right to assess individual requests and their compatibility with the retention obligations imposed on the Data Controller. ALLURE Professionals also reserves the right, as provided by the current GDPR, to partially or fully deny data access requests if they are objectively unfounded or impose an unjustifiable significant effort on the Data Controller.

COMPLAINTS

  • Data owners may at any time file a complaint with the competent privacy authority (Data Protection Authority) if they believe there has been or is a violation of their rights.

UPDATES

  • The Data Controller reserves the right to modify and/or update this document periodically. For this reason, data owners are invited to review it regularly.
